Sharanya is an arts and cultural educator who aims to inculcate and galvanize the rich traditional Indian values and spirituality in the younger generation through humour and creativity.

 

She, who has a penchant for pun, wordplay, and sense of humour, has been hailed as 'Crazy Mohini' (the female version of the humourist and Tamil script writer Late Sri. 'Crazy' Mohan) by the legend himself.

 

She is the founder of 'Little India' in Dublin, Ireland, where she teaches Indian values, the importance of Indian festivals, Mantras, Bhajans, Puranic stories, etc., through arts, crafts, story-telling, puppetry, and music.

Sharanya’s maiden book as an author — 'Bhaja Go'win'dam' reimagines Sri Adi Shankara’s magnum opus through a kaleidoscope of pun, wit, and wordplay, brought vividly to life by Meghna Unnikrishnan’s evocative illustrations. Bhaja Go'win'dam's unique themes and profound insights captivate children, adults, and readers of all ages worldwide, making ancient wisdom delightfully accessible. A feast for the eyes and mind, it’s a treasure trove of illustrated brilliance and enduring insights.

 

She is an integral part of eminent musician Dr. Kuldeep M Pai's 'Vande Guru Paramparaam' team and extends creative support and English translations for all his spiritual and musical samarpaṇs.

 

She is also an anchor, interviewer, writer, and YouTuber.
